A Week of Creativity and Collaboration in Skanderborg
This year’s Nordic Maker Bootcamp takes place at the vibrant creative space of Skanderborg Ungdomsskole! Get ready for a jam-packed week of hands-on workshops covering a wide range of making skills, including:
– Casting & Molding
– Screenprint
– Vacuum Forming
– Electronics
– 3D-scanning
– Marble Mazes
And that’s not all! As always, the real magic of the bootcamp happens in the spontaneous collaborations and knowledge sharing between all the amazing participants.

We’ll also be taking a day trip to the incredible Fablab Spinderihallerne in Vejle, where you’ll have the chance to use a waterjet cutter, fiber laser, and visit the biolab! Bonus: For those who want to extend the fun, we’re organizing an unofficial trip to Aarhus on Saturday, January 11th. More details to come!
How to get Here
Skanderborg can be reached by bus or train. Nearby airports are Billund (BLL) and Aarhus (AAR). Best connection is from Billund, where bus 912X takes you directly from Billund to Skanderborg. There are a lot of different options depending on where you travel from. Reach out to your host if you have trouble finding a good connection.

Included in the bootcamp fee are breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please provide details about considerations we should take regarding your food, when you check-in to the bootcamp.
